ADEPT, established since 2000, started its role in providing medical referral services for patients seeking appropriate medical treatment from Specialists and Hospitals in Singapore.
For the past decade we have evolved ourselves with specialised knowledge, skills and capabilities in the health insurance arena. Our services not only primarily focusing in healthcare services, but also in Health Insurance Claim Management and IT applications.
Today, our services include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Claims Management, Medical Loss Adjustment and Investigation, Healthcare Case Management, Medical & Travel Assistance, and Healthcare & Insurance IT applications. We provide comprehensive range of services to public, medical professionals, hospitals, insurance companies, corporations and governmental entities.

Our logo represent the letter “A” of our company name “Adept”, it is 3-dimensional forward moving circular ring.
The 3-dimension and circular revolving symbol represents Adept’s holistic and diverse approach in managing our health businesses. Its forward looking movement represent Adept’s vision as a company always striving to set new boundaries.
Our Colour:
Green:
Green is the colour of nature and it symbolizes life, fertility and well-being. It has great healing power and suggests stability and endurance, it indicates growth and hope.
It is also the colour of balance that means learning, growth and harmony. Change and transformation is necessary for growth, and so this ability to sustain changes is also a part of the energy of green that Adept endeavours.
Black:
Black is the colour of authority and power; It is also stylish and timeless.
Black is associated with power, elegance and formality. It denotes strength and authority; is considered to be a very formal, elegant, and prestigious colour. It gives the feeling of perspective and depth.
